The contract planning activities take place monthly, using an integrated company management software specially created to meet our own specific needs, and checks to see that we are fully on schedule are conducted every week; all responsible employees are involved in this delicate phase and they analyse possible causes of disruption so as to reduce the probability of error in managing future orders. This means that any delay or disruption in production can be immediately identified and mutual decisions are taken to implement strategies and solutions to better manage such emergencies.
