We build custom HV and UHV chambers, manifolds and end stations in 316L and 316LN stainless steel, aluminium and titanium. Geometry, materials and surface finishing are chosen to control outgassing and reach the target pressure, with CF flanges and leak-tight welded joints throughout.

Cleaning cycles and surface finishing designed to control outgassing rates.
Bake-out and RGA validation
Baking cycles with residual gas analysis up to 200 amu to certify vacuum quality.
Validated before it leaves the workshop.
