Vacuum Systems

High and ultra-high vacuum chambers, thermal vacuum equipment and cryogenic devices, engineered, welded and tested under one roof.

Since 1999

From a single chamber to a complete vacuum line.

We design, build and test components and systems for high and ultra-high vacuum, from custom chambers and manifolds to complete process lines, for scientific research and qualified industrial sectors.

Every vessel is welded and brazed in-house on stainless steel, aluminium, copper, titanium and nickel alloys, then cleaned, baked and validated with residual gas analysis before delivery.

What we offer

Three families of vacuum engineering.

Custom HV and UHV chambers, manifolds and components, engineered for pressures down to 10-11 mbar.

Chambers and ovens combining controlled temperature and vacuum, from process drying to satellite qualification.

Cryostats and cryogenic devices operating with liquid nitrogen and helium in vacuum environments.

Capabilities

One workshop, the whole vacuum chain.

From design to the tested, ready-to-install system.

01

Design and engineering

Vacuum calculation, mechanical design and feasibility studies, co-developed with your engineers and researchers.

02

Special welding and machining

Vacuum-tight welding and brazing of stainless steel, aluminium, copper, titanium and nickel alloys, with precision machining.

03

Cleaning, bake-out and leak testing

Surface treatment, baking cycles and helium leak testing to reach and certify the target vacuum level.

04

Residual gas analysis

Mass spectrometers up to 200 amu used in-house to validate vacuum quality during baking cycles.
