• Navigation data: IP addresses, usage data and system logs collected by the hosting and content delivery systems for the operation and security of the website.
• Data provided voluntarily: the data entered in the contact form and in the job application form of the Careers section (name, email address, phone number, content of the message, CV and the data it contains).

• Operating the website and ensuring its security: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Responding to enquiries submitted through the contact form: pre-contractual measures (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Managing job applications submitted through the Careers section: pre-contractual measures (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Statistical analysis of website traffic (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity): your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given through the cookie banner.
• Protecting the forms against spam and abuse (Cloudflare Turnstile): legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Providing personal data through the forms is necessary to handle your request; without it, we cannot respond.

Personal data may be processed by the following categories of recipients, acting as data processors or as independent data controllers:

• SiteGround Hosting Ltd. (website hosting);
• Cloudflare, Inc. (content delivery network, security and Turnstile anti-spam protection on forms, which does not set cookies);
• Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Maps);
• Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft Clarity).

Personal data is not disclosed or sold to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Some of the providers listed above may process personal data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States and the United Kingdom. Such transfers take place on the basis of adequacy decisions of the European Commission (including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or of the Standard Contractual Clauses, together with appropriate supplementary measures.

Personal data is kept only for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected: navigation data for the short periods required for security and maintenance, data submitted through the forms for the time needed to handle the request and any follow-up, and application data (CVs) for the time needed to evaluate the application. Once the retention period has expired, data is deleted or anonymised.

Under articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR you have the right to:

• access your personal data and obtain a copy of it;
• ask for its rectification or erasure;
• restrict or object to the processing;
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal;
• receive your data in a portable format.
