AlcaSpace, the Space Division of Alca Technology, is pleased to announce that N3O (NEWSPACE EARTH OBSERVATION ORBITAL OBJECTS), the Portuguese mid-size satellite manufacturer and integrator, has recently selected our company to supply the complete system for their new space project involving two TVACs, supporting their short- and medium-term testing needs.
These systems will allow N3O to test and qualify subsystems, as well as nano-, micro-, and small satellites up to 500 kg.
The TVACs have the following specifications:
TVAC 1: Shroud Dia. 3200 x L 3800 mm
TVAC 2: Shroud Dia. 1500 x L 2000 mm
Both simulators will operate with pressurized nitrogen gas at a maximum temperature range of T = -175° / +150°C, with a vacuum level < 10-6 mbar.
