The position
This job offer is aimed at mechanical technicians or individuals with equivalent diplomas, as well as graduates in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering, eager to deepen their knowledge in the field of space simulation and thin-film deposition.
The candidate will be integrated into the Technical Office and will report directly to the Technical Manager.
Main responsibilities
- Support in the entire mechanical design process
- Analyzing incoming projects
- Participating in planning meetings and contributing to the definition of the PDI
- Creating technical drawings and developing 3D models
- Managing the bill of materials and the final handoff to production
- Collaborating with colleagues and production teams to ensure smooth project handling
- Interfacing with research institutions, scientists and private companies for project requirements and innovation
Requirements
- Diploma as a mechanical technician or equivalent qualification, or a degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Knowledge of modeling software such as Creo and Inventor
- Preferably, familiarity with production processes and workflows in the mechanical field
- Ability to work in a team and meet established deadlines
- Precision and attention to detail
- Proficiency in the English language
