Alca Technology was founded in 1999 by two partners to design, build and test components and systems for scientific research and the most qualified industrial vacuum sectors. The goal has never changed: being of practical help to researchers and firms that need top quality skills and high value-added components.
The sharing of objectives and the active participation of employees, suppliers and collaborators have allowed the company to grow steadily over the years, in skills as much as in people.

Leads the corporate strategy and direction of Alca Technology, ensuring the effectiveness of company policies and the achievement of business objectives.

Chief Technical Officer, Technical Department
Responsible for technical matters, project progress, problem solving, supplier selection and project implementation.
Fabrizio Rinalducci
Product Manager, AlcaSpace Division
Manages client relationships and communication, coordinating project planning and supervision from the initial concept through to delivery. Oversees the technical and commercial development of thermal vacuum chambers for space simulation and electric thruster testing.
Stefano Marini
Project Manager, AlcaSpace Division
Responsible for client relationship management, project planning and supervision. Coordinates people and processes to deliver activities on schedule and manages certifications and documentation.
Matteo Cencherle
Senior Project Engineer / Design Responsible
Responsible for the planning and management of product design, validation, certification and documentation activities. Coordinates the design of space simulators and thin-film deposition systems.
Marco Dal Molin
Project Engineer, Mechanical Design
Responsible for mechanical design activities, with a focus on high and ultra-high vacuum chambers for research, space and thin-film deposition. Handles 3D modelling, manufacturing drawings and project requirements.
Andrea Cristofoli
Project Engineer
Works on mechanical design activities and supports the technical team throughout design development and project management.
Matteo Valente
Head of Operations
Coordinates activities and resources to achieve program objectives. Oversees production, final testing, procurement, production planning, supplier management and the main operational interfaces.
Diego Dal Pezzo
Procurement Manager
Responsible for the procurement of materials, metalwork and intermediate machining in support of projects and production processes.
Ciro Girotto
Quality and Safety Manager
Responsible for the Quality Assurance Plan, training and safety control, internal audits and quality assurance activities supporting engineering and production.
